All members are automatically entered into a monthly prize draw
- Starting prize: £500, scaling as membership grows

HGV Shield – Private Share Scheme (Optional Add-On)

Overview

HGV Shield’s Private Share Scheme is a voluntary contribution-based benefit that reflects our commitment to driver wellbeing, financial security, and long-term rewards, especially in an industry where traditional pension routes often fail.

How It Works

- Members contribute £40 per month to participate
- Contributions are invoiced monthly and operate on a month-in-arrears basis (e.g., May’s invoice covers April’s profit activity)
- Invoices are emailed directly to the member each month
- Member contributions fund an internal rewards pool, linked to 10% of HGV Shield’s monthly subscription profit
- The scheme is currently limited to 100 active members, but both the member limit and profit pool percentage may be adjusted at HGV Shield’s sole discretion

Access to Funds

- Members may request withdrawal of their accumulated share at any time, subject to HGV Shield’s Terms and Conditions
- Withdrawals may be paused temporarily during financial audits, membership disputes, or where abuse is suspected
- HGV Shield will provide reasonable visibility over the fund’s financial status via quarterly summaries or upon written request

Important Conditions

- Only members who are fully subscribed and up to date with payments are eligible to receive or withdraw funds
- The Private Share Scheme does not offer equity, voting rights, or ownership over HGV Shield or its operations
- This scheme is not a pension, not an investment, and not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
- It is a goodwill-based financial participation scheme offered solely at the discretion of HGV Shield
- HGV Shield reserves the right to amend, pause, expand, restrict, or terminate the scheme with appropriate notice
